FocusData Consulting was built around one specific competence — the electronic processing of accounting and tax data — and around a professional who has practised it for over thirty years. Everything else follows from that: administrative outsourcing, financial planning, process digitalisation and access to foreign markets.

Our team is multi-ethnic, and in our line of work that is not a matter of image: it means dealing directly with a counterparty in Moscow, Shanghai or Madrid without a linguistic intermediary, and reading a contract in the language it was drafted in.

Some sectors run administrative processes that no standard software really covers. For those we have developed dedicated platforms: membership and dues management for trade unions, contributions and donation receipts for associations, order-to-delivery cycle and transport documents for haulage companies.

Several of these platforms use artificial intelligence to read, classify and summarise documents. With the European AI Regulation now applying, we have formalised four rules of conduct — human oversight, transparency, data governance and traceability — and we apply them across all our tools.
