Digitalisation and optimisation of business processes

We don't sell licences in the dark: we start from the process that currently absorbs the most time and digitalise it where that produces a measurable saving. We work with software developed in-house and, as contracted members of the TeamSystem group's Be Leader programme, with the leading business systems on the Italian market.

What we did

  • Mapping of administrative processes and identification of friction points
  • Integration and automation of repetitive steps between different systems
  • TeamSystem software for HORECA, hospitality, restaurants and retail: analysis, supply, roll-out
  • Adoption and stabilisation of management platforms for the administrative area
  • Applications we develop ourselves where off-the-shelf software falls short
  • Control dashboards for deadlines, receipts, files and documents
  • Electronic invoicing, compliant archiving and electronic signature of documents
  • Training for the people who will use the new flow

Four steps, no grey areas

  1. 1

    Observation

We follow one real working cycle from beginning to end.

  2. 2

    Priorities

We identify the two or three points where the work pays for itself quickly.

  3. 3

    Implementation

We build the digital flow and run it in parallel with the existing one.

  4. 4

    Consolidation

We train the staff and stay available through the first weeks.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to change all the software we use?
Almost never. In most cases it is better to make the existing tools talk to each other rather than replace them.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the process, but we work in short releases: the first useful result must arrive within weeks, not at the end of the project.
Do you use artificial intelligence in your tools?
Yes, in several platforms, for reading, classifying and summarising documents. We apply four fixed rules: human oversight of every output, transparency about how a document was produced, client data that never trains third-party models, and traceability of processing. This is also what the European AI Regulation requires.
Do you develop the software or supply market products?
Both. We are contracted members of the TeamSystem group's Be Leader programme and supply its systems, specialising in HORECA and hospitality: restaurants, bars, hotels, accommodation. Where the standard product falls short — dashboards, integrations, bespoke automation — we build the application ourselves, and it remains the client's property.
